Group Registration
There are no discounts for group registration. Payments must be
made by wire transfer.
Group pick-up times will be assigned the end of April 2017. Please be
aware that we are not able to assist with the transport of meeting
materials.
Letter of Invitation
Individuals requiring an official Letter of Invitation can request one via
the online registration form.
The Letter of Invitation does not financially obligate the Congress or-
ganizers in any way. All expenses incurred in relation to the Congress
are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
To receive a Letter of Invitation, participants must be fully registered
to the Congress and payment in full must be submitted. Letters will
only be sent electronically by Email. Any costs for express mailing of
documents must be covered by the participant.
The Registratione Fee includes:
• Admission to the Scientific Program including Poster Sessions
and the Exhibition
• Conference Materials
• Opening Reception in the Exhibition Area on May 24, 2017 at 17:30
• Coffee Breaks
• Public Transportation Pass for Prague City Center
• Participants 42 and under: Invitation to the Vanguard Reception
on Thursday, May 25, 2017 at 19:00.
