Registration Information
The International Congress offers discounted registration rates if you
register by April 20, 2017.
Registration must be made online along with full payment by this
date in order to qualify for the early registration. Early registration is
strongly recommended to ensure timely processing of your registrati-
on and avoid lengthy onsite lines. Registration includes entrance to all
scientific sessions and the opening reception/exhibit hall.
The closing reception is an additional fee.

Registration must be made online using a valid credit card or wire
transfers. We cannot accept cash or checks.

The International Congress offers discounted registration to ILTS , ELITA, LICAGE members. Please note that the rates are an indicative amount
pending final VAT registration in the Czech Republic.

* * Associate statuses must be certified by a Head of Hospital / Department and must be submitted with registration.
The reduced fee applies to : Allied health professional staff, attending physician from a middle income country, non clinical scientist, resident,
researcher, fellow, transplant nurse, postgraduate student, coordinator.
Refund Policy
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing by April 20, 2017 to be reimbursed. There will be a $ 75 processing fee for all refunds. All refunds
will be processed after the meeting. Requests after April 20, 2017 will not be reimbursed.
