Goals and Objectives
1.
To provide an international scientific and educational exchange
for anesthesiologists, intensivists, hepatologists, surgeons, and
transplant nurses and coordinators.
2.
To learn about the management of patients with fulminant
hepatic failure and acute on chronic liver failure
3.
To promote understanding of perioperative management controversies.
4.
To explore the best indications to living donor liver transplant.
5.
To review recent innovative techniques in liver transplantation
including the use of DCD and liver machine perfusion.
6.
To prevent the recurrence of hepatitis after transplant
7.
To enhance the dialogue regarding pediatric liver disease and
liver transplantation
8.
To explore what is new in basic science and liver transplantation
