Young Investigator Educational Symposium or New Technological Development Symposium
You have the opportunity to either sponsor a Young Investigator Educational Symposium, which will be organized by the ISER
Local Organizers, or to put together your own course in which you present new technological advancements, procedures or
devices. The content of your course needs to be approved by ISER prior to the Meeting.
Meeting facilities
Meeting Rooms can be booked depending on availability. Sponsors organizing an event for 25 or more participants before,
during or after the Congress, must first seek approval from the Congress Organizer. The Sponsor may request to hold an
event, however the event must not occur parallel to the official Congress Program or other social / cultural events.
Meeting Rooms
There are possibilities in the Meeting Venue for half day or full-day meetings with the room set-up in U-shape, theatre or
boardroom layouts.

Congress Materials
All prices and amounts have been calculated on the basis of 1,000 expected participants unless otherwise stated. If these
numbers should rise, higher costs or a higher number of pieces will incur for the Sponsor. Delivery information for items
that are provided by the Sponsor will be given by the Meeting Secretariat K.I.T. Group in due time.
Meeting Bags

Price: 9,000 USD
All participants will receive a Meeting Bag. The bag can feature your company’s name and logo (in addition to the Meeting
Logo and title).
Production and delivery to the Meeting Venue will be arranged. Design will be approved by the exclusive Meeting Secretariat
K.I.T. Group and the sponsor.
