Organizing a Satellite Symposium is a great opportunity to set your topic within the Meeting or to link existing sessions to
your company name.
All Satellite Symposia are organized by the Sponsor. The Sponsor is free in presenting a Meeting related topic and program
which will be scheduled in close consultation with the Meeting Organizer and the Scientific Committee. Once the program
of the Satellite Symposium has been approved by ISER, it cannot be modified.
All Satellite Symposia slots are offered for 60 minutes unless otherwise stated.

Exclusive Lunch Symposium, no other Lunch Symposium running parallel. Catering costs are not included.
Allocation of Slots and Rooms
Allocations will start after the deadline for Silver Sponsorship Application.
Lunch Symposium Program
The session program, including title, topics and speakers, must be submitted to the exclusive Meeting Secretariat K.I.T.
Group for approval. Speakers must be allowed to develop content without interference from the sponsor. The goal is to
ensure that the program is free of COI (conflict of interest) and that there is no overlapping of topics between various
Symposia. Once the program of a Symposium is approved by ISER, it cannot be modified (except with approval from the
Meeting Secretariat). The organizers reserve the right to change the date of the Symposia.
Poster Session
You can sponsor one of the Poster Sessions scheduled during the afternoon on Monday or Tuesday.
