Gasperin , V. Belvisi , R. Marocco , C. Giambi , E. Tortellini , M. D’Achille , M. Lichtner Sapienza University of Rome, Roma, Italy, S.M. Goretti Hospital, Latina, Italy General data Abstract category: Access and delivery of care Abstract body Purpose: Human papillomavirus (HPV) represents the most common sexually transmitted infection (STI) causing a high impact of disease wordlwide[i], because of the association between cancer and infection with high-risk oncogenic types of HPV. The incidence of HPV-related cancers is higher between certain groups as compared to general population, like men who have sex with men (MSM), people with HIV infection, transgender women and high sexual activity subjects with unprotected sex. [ii] Method: A vaccination campaign, based on local checkpoint in the umbrella of Fast Track cities, was implemented at our infectious disease clinic from September 2022 to May 2023, by encouraging HIV patients to get vaccinated during routine clinic visits. To improve the enrolment of eligible patients (e.g., people born after 2006, immunocompromised patients and women diagnosed with CIN2+ lesions at cervical screening or with a histological diagnosis of HSIL) social media advertisement campaigns were carried out through Facebook and Instagram. Results: A total of 52 participants were enrolled, of whom 34 were PLWH and 18 were HIV negative. The participants were asked to complete a survey about sexual orientation, HPV status and history of other sexually transmitted infections (STI). For those who reported unprotected sex for more than 6 months, PrEP was proposed. Patients’characteristics are reported in table 1. Furthermore, it allowed MSM to be aware of our outpatient clinic and the opportunity to access HIV-PrEP and STIs screening. Our HIV patients, above all, appreciated the opportunity to reach vaccination program quickly and directly in the outpatient clinic, thus more open days will be held in the next future.
