Sponsors organizing an event for 25 or more participants before, during or after the Congress, must first seek approval from the Congress Organizer. The sponsor may request to hold an event, however, the event must not occur parallel to the official Congress Program or other social/cultural events. Prices and availability upon request The exhibition area is located in the foyer of the first floor of the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre, surrounded by Session Rooms and Poster Area.
